About Unruh & Co.

Brooke Unruh

Brooke Unruh graduated with highest honors from Oklahoma City University School of Law and has been practicing in OKC and Edmond for more than 15 years.

In her 10 years of experience as a title attorney, she examined deeds, leases, mortgages, loan documents, and probate agreements. Through this work, she saw firsthand what happens when someone passes away with a plan versus without a plan or when legal documents are unclear.

She also worked in the oil and gas industry, where she primarily worked with operators to determine legal ownership of land. Now, she uses that industry experience primarily to help individuals with questions about mineral rights and ensure proper payouts from operators.

Her extensive exposure to a wide variety of legal documents and, more importantly, the consequences of those legal documents, led her to start her own firm helping individuals and families make sense of the process and find clarity in their past, present, and future.

Brooke thrives on details and clear communication. Her clients describe her as thorough, approachable, and a good communicator. She works closely with her clients to ensure every detail is covered and that her clients always know what’s happening with their legal issue.
